I had the pleasure of working with Anna Maria at CÉSAR for a year, and I can confidently say that she is an outstanding professional and an exceptional teammate.

Anna Maria combines deep end-to-end technical expertise with an excellent ability to explain complex concepts, product functionality, and implementation requirements clearly and effectively. She is an excellent teacher, always willing to share her knowledge, support others, and collaborate through pair programming. Her ability to understand the product holistically and guide others through both the what and the why of a solution makes her an invaluable asset to any engineering team.

She consistently demonstrates technical excellence, strong ownership, and a remarkable command of her work. Beyond her technical skills, her collaborative mindset and genuine willingness to help make working with her an extremely positive experience.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Anna Maria to any team looking for a highly skilled, collaborative, and dependable engineer. In fact, I would be delighted to have the opportunity to work with her again on my current team. Any team would be fortunate to have her.
